At Jardin De Fleurs Magasin, we carefully package and ship your plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures and seasonal factors.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We take pride in offering the highest quality plants and exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our return and exchange policy is designed to guide you through a simple and transparent process.

General Conditions

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to their delicate and perishable nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live and fresh plants, including:
    • Agrumes (Citrus plants)
    • Adansonia – Baobab
    • All other live plants listed in our menu
  • Clearance or promotional items, unless there is a manufacturing defect

Exception: If you receive a damaged plant or one that doesn’t match your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for a prompt solution.

Return & Exchange Process

1 Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. You can use the template provided below.

2 Approval: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.

3 Shipping: Ship the item to the following address using a tracked service:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please keep the shipping receipt as proof.

4 Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after return approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to the card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
